This lengthy bibliography is compiled by a professor at a Jesuit college.  His sources, however, are quite ecumenically drawn.

This site, maintained by Mark Goodacre of the University of Birmingham, has a slew of useful texts, links, and all sorts of other goodies for Greek study.
Little Greek
A guide for the person who has little Greek and wants more.  A bit cobbled together, but it seems to have some useful information.
The New Testament Greek Lexicon
Type in a Greek word, an English word, or a Strong's number and you'll get a cogent little display of useful information about that word in the New Testament.
Greek Lexicon
Another Greek dictionary.  This one includes RealMedia files pronouncing the words.  It also provides how many times the word appears in each New Testament book.
The Greek New Testament
The Nestle-Aland text of the New Testament in Greek provided by God's Sight.  This is a nicely arranged resource that allows you to quickly jump to any book and chapter of the New Testament in the original language.
